Rihlah Travel Guide started in 2019 out of Surabaya, running trips the way we'd want them run for ourselves.
We're not a call centre. When you book, you're talking to the people who will meet you at the airport, drive the jeep up to the Bromo viewpoint in the dark, and wait with you for the cloud to break.
Most of our work still comes from Instagram and word of mouth — guests who came for Bromo and Ijen, then came back for Lombok, Komodo, and everything in between. The reviews name our guides and drivers by name, which is exactly how we like it.
